I updated my book review from today, because I finally found an image of the text. Funnily enough, last year when I bought the book, I had saved the image from the eBay sale, and then uploaded it to my collectzing account (readers may remember I was working for them last year). I did not save it to my computer at home, and being lazy, I thought I could log on to collectzing and copy and paste the image from there. But yesterday I discovered the site wasn’t working, and Google’s cache of the site didn’t include the images. So I thought, I’m too lazy to go scan the book, so I won’t bother with the pic. But by chance I visited CZ today, and found it working - so I copied the pic and now you can see the book in the review above.
