Problems with the Store?

I’ve noticed in my web stats some concerning things: people seem to be putting items in their cart, go to purchase… and then seem to get stuck. I’m not sure whether they’re simply getting confused with the login section (you don’t actually have to login to buy), or whether there is an actual problem with the functionality of the site. If you do have problems, please let me know, because I can’t fix anything if I don’t know what the issue is. Thanks!

EDIT: I’ve now changed the way the Shop works - there’s no login page between adding to the cart and adding shipping info. The old way is how the program was set up, and required me hacking the code to get rid of that stupid extra page. However, do please let me know if there are any problems using this new step.
